Whenever the schedule of training programme comes up, I think of myself as Teacher, Trainer,Master Trainer all at once. We all having the primary job as Teacher most of the time in school but training the teachers becomes Trainer and training the trainer is absolute the Master trainer. The moot point is that do we have capability to be Master Trainer not as selected by school and all as the sole criteria as it comes from within. Rules are set outside but application comes from inside for sustaining in the longer run.
